A/C Repair & Recharge

Stay cool — fast, reliable air-conditioning service.

When your A/C stops blowing cold, it’s rarely just “low on gas.” We pressure-test the system, find leaks, and recharge to spec — so you get cold air that lasts, not a quick top-off that fails next month. Our guide on why your A/C isn’t blowing cold covers the common causes.

FAQ

Good to know

Why is my A/C blowing warm air?

Common causes are a refrigerant leak, a failing compressor, or an electrical fault. We test the whole system to find the real cause before recharging.

Do you service all refrigerant types?

Yes — including newer R-1234yf systems as well as R-134a. We’ll confirm your vehicle’s type up front.

Why does my A/C smell musty?

That’s usually mold or bacteria on the evaporator, or a clogged cabin air filter. We can clean the system and replace the filter to clear it up.

Can I just add a can of refrigerant myself?

We don’t recommend it — if the system is low it’s because it leaked, and overcharging can damage the compressor. We find and fix the leak first, then recharge to spec.

How long does A/C service take?

A recharge with leak testing is often same-day. If a component like a compressor or condenser needs replacing, we’ll quote the timeline upfront.
