12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, counted from the day the repair is completed.
What does the warranty cover?
Parts and labor on the repair work we perform. If a part we installed fails or the repair itself does not hold within the warranty period, we put it right.
Does it apply to Teslas, EVs and European cars?
Yes. The same warranty applies to every repair we do, whatever the make — Tesla and other EVs, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Volvo, Porsche, Maserati, Alfa Romeo, Land Rover, and domestic and Asian cars alike.
How do I make a warranty claim?
