Do I have to pay up front?
It depends on your provider. Many let us bill them directly, so you only pay your deductible; some require you to pay and be reimbursed. We confirm before any work begins.
What if the repair isn’t covered?
We’ll tell you before we start. You get a clear quote for anything the warranty won’t cover, so there are no surprises and you decide how to proceed.
Is an extended warranty the same as my factory warranty?
No. A factory (manufacturer) warranty comes with the car; an extended warranty or service contract is a separate plan you buy. We handle both kinds of claims.
