This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit www.ironwolfmotors.com, the website of Iron Wolf Motors INC, 209 Stafford St, Worcester, MA 01603.
The short version: this website has no contact forms, no accounts and no database. We do not ask you to type anything, and nothing you do here is stored on our servers. The only data collected is anonymous website-usage statistics, and only if you agree to it.
What we collect on this website
Nothing you enter — because there is nothing to enter. Every way of reaching us on this site is a direct link: tapping our phone number opens your phone app, tapping our email address opens your email app, and the booking button opens Google’s appointment scheduler. In each case you are communicating through your own phone, email provider or Google account — not through a form we operate.
Anonymous usage statistics, with your consent. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics tells us things like which pages are read most, which services people look for, and whether visitors arrive from Google or a link. We see totals and trends, never individual people. We cannot tell who you are from this data and we never try to.

Information you give us directly
When you call, email, book an appointment or bring a vehicle in, we of course keep the details needed to do the work and to comply with Massachusetts record-keeping rules for motor-vehicle repair — your name, contact details, vehicle and its service history. We use that information to carry out and stand behind the repair, and to reach you about your vehicle. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Third-party services on this site
Three Google services run on these pages. Each one is a separate company processing data under its own privacy policy:
- Google Analytics — anonymous traffic measurement. Loads on every page, but writes nothing to your browser unless you accept analytics cookies.
- Google Calendar Appointment Scheduling — the booking window. It is an embedded Google page; anything you type into it goes to Google and into our shop calendar, not through this website.
- Google Maps — the map on our contact section, which loads only when you scroll to it.
Google’s handling of this data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites using Google’s browser opt-out add-on.
Our vehicle inventory lives on a separate site, sales.ironwolfmotors.com, operated for us on the Carsforsale.com platform. Following an inventory link takes you off this website and onto that platform, which sets its own cookies and applies its own privacy policy.
How long we keep things
Analytics data is retained by Google for 14 months and then deleted automatically. Your consent choice stays in your own browser until you clear it. Customer and vehicle records are kept as long as needed to service and warrant the work, and for as long as Massachusetts law requires us to hold them.
Your choices
- Cookies. Accept or decline analytics at any time from the Cookie Policy page.
- Your records. Ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete what we are not legally required to keep. Call or email and we will handle it.
- Marketing. We do not run email or text marketing campaigns from this website.
Children
This site is aimed at people looking for vehicle service. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we add anything that collects data — a contact form, a chat widget, an advertising pixel — we will update this page and change the date at the top before it goes live.
